Ivan, thank you. I've met some terrific people here. One of them is redesigning my Web site. I wouldn't be terribly surprised to learn that other professional connections are being made here, on the strength of getting to know each other's tastes, strengths, and personalities. It's too cool.

As much as I'd search, I've found no other resources as valuable and unique as this site. Thank you very much Ivan and your crew behind the scenes for giving me yet another timesink where I actually sometimes come out learning something! Gwells, Mara, Nato, Ireid, Onegirl, Stephanie, Plugz, Dpc, Archmedia, 3dog, pokie and even Nanda and ALL the other regulars and noobs...thanks for teaching me a little something new, entertaining me and making me generally thankful for pursuing my career in the arts. You guys were a big source of inspiration for me.

Still room in here for another cheese ball?

Back in January, I had been a month already freelancing from home. I was stumped with an issue in InDesign and so googled the question. That brought me to a natobasso-answered Creative Bits thread and into here.

I have NEVER blogged in my entire life prior to Creative Bits, but when I began reading some of the forums taking place in here, I thought, wow, what a vibrant community. So, like the loose cannon that I am (you called that one, Mint :), I just dove right in and began getting involved with all the creative minds that are teeming here. I find this well-run blog of Ivan's to be both inspirational and stimulating. Makes you want to try different things with your art...explore.

Thank you, Ivan, your site team, and all of the great people in here at Creative Bits. Working on my own, I've grown to enjoy these interludes.
