I was working on creating a card for New Years.
I started from this tutorial at http://www.adobetutorialz.com/articles/30970191/1/how-to-create-an-impressive-looking-text-effect and worked from there.
I would like a critique.
And this is also for offering well wishes for the upcoming year.

my only problem is with the 3 balloons at the top all being nearly the same colour.
Tutorials are how I've always taught myself, keep at it!
