3View logo (Second)

Hey to all.
This is a logo I designed for a friend of mine. He is opening an advertising company and asked me if I can come up with a logo (and a catch phrase). I am fairly new to designing logos because I am a copywriter, but I wanted to try it out :-)
I would welcome all comments and critiques.
Thanks.

This logo is way too busy. You have to remember, that when you decrease a logo to the size on a business card, for example, you will lost a great deal of information and detail. You're looking at it by itself in a larger format, but keep that in mind when designing logos. Always shrink the logo down a great deal to see if any of the detail has been lost.

i THINK this is the best of them all so far.
the tree ones don't do ANYTHING for me. As for him asking you to do a logo for him, if he's in advertising, I would think he'd have some ideas and directionality that he wants with his own logo. That aside, I think there's alot of potential with this one and the second post you made. I would however get rid of the "start proceed succeed" it's misleading, and borderline tacky of a line. it just reminds me of someone a highschool teacher would come up with at a pep rally.

Other then that, you've got something going here. Get rid of the green circle and arrow and the text i mentioned, and this logo would look ALOT cleaner.

that's just my opinion....
