80's Typography Help

The 1980s is a *theme* now? Sheesh, that makes me feel old!
Well now, to answer your question, you could always use a font that everyone used much too frequently in the 80s (Tekton, for example), or you could go for something that suggests the prevailing attitude of the 80s, which as I recall was all about money and power dressing and making friends with the only guy in the building who could tell you WTF the weird codes on your PC monitor meant, and how to make them go away. How about some sort of PC/bank statement/ticker-tape scroll LED font printed in "PC green" or "PC orange"? That would be very appropriate for the "greed is good" decade.
