I've created some software just over a year ago called Cashboard. It handles estimates, invoices, and time tracking for people just like you...and it's free.
If you're sick of forgetting to collect from your clients, or just want a better way to manage your business you owe it to yourself to check it out.
It has a ton of great features, and I just pushed an update yesterday that allows you to design (and PDF) your estimate and invoice templates in HTML / CSS.

What's the general guideline to follow when posting design work? I don't see a file upload feature on this comment box...
Your promotion, albeit well targeted, doesn't really fit with what we discuss here at creative bits. It would sound better if someone other than you posted this; it would come off as less self promotion and more viral. But it's all good.
Go to 'create/critique' in the left hand nav bar (has your user name at the top of it, right under the search bar). Link to your image in that page and describe it. Pretty easy!
