a little problem with graphic tablet intuos 3

my powerbookg4 has three different accounts.
my tablet's pen doesn't work in the main account (no click, no double click) but works perfectly with other accounts.
preferences settings are exactly the same.
I also tried to copy the library preferences as well as I downloaded new preferences from the wacom site.
nothing happened...
any suggestion?
Have you tries to trash the prefs for the main account, then re-open the Wacom System Prefs pane and re-set everything?
Installing a new driver from Wacom without trashing the prefs will just continue to use the old prefs, which may be corrupt. You're looking for a file called, "com.wacom.tabletpreferences" in your "home"/Library/Preferences/ folder.
Last I looked, there was an uninstaller program that got downloaded when I pulled the updated driver from Wacom's site. Be sure to run that before you install the new driver.
I've found a disinstaller tool and now everything is fine.
