Absolute Management Services
Triple One (103 pencils) | Fri, 2008-01-04 00:11Low budget logo for a property management company. These need more work on kerning and stuff, but its the end of the day and I would like to get some feedback on these to start on for tomorrow.
Client has no idea what they want, they just want it right away so they can print some temporary business cards.
Please let me know if you see any potential in any of these logos, or suggestions without starting over, I would just like to show them something with hopes they will at least know what the want from what they dont want!
Thanks in advance!

My advice to you is to not show them any more than 2 logos (3 if you feel like a lot of confusion). Since your client is undecided, more options will make the choice more difficult.
I'd say combine the text from #3 with the icon from #5 and you have a much better option. Just don't cut out of the text with the diagonal negative space.

When clients don't know what they want you *show* them what they want. This is especially valid for clients who are in a rush and don't want to spend much. You give them three ideas: two fairly bland ones and one strong one. More often than not they will choose the strong one, especially if they are in a rush.

I'm going to print it out and eat it.

Clients are wacky sometimes. Artfiend, what if the client picks one of the two fairly bland ones? Now your stuck working on a logo that your not 100% passionate about. In this case, i would only show him one and walk him through it. He will let you know if he likes it or not and what changes he would like on it.
Not sure about the font, but that works well for me.
