Ad concept for a large nautique employer. If you work there, you have some perspective to grow and, for example, work your way up from worker to captain.
When the concept is chosen we want to use real photography.

Great idea! I think this is perfect to convey what you are looking for. If I was to say anything negative about it would be, that the concept has been done before. But, I really do like the concept. Keep up the good work.
