I'm posting this for a friend who's an IT admin at his company. He's needing some user feedback from people who have used or have experience with Adobe Connect.

Particularly, if anyone has experience with Adobe Connect and VOIP.

I've used Adobe Connect, I believe, on Yahoo webinar presentations and the sound is usually so bad it's unusable. It's usually recommended to use a landline rather than the VOIP provided by the Connect system. Here's page on adobe.com regarding VOIP and Connect:
