Adobe Support

Don't you just love Adobe Support.

My Message:
Once I've upgraded to CS4 my copy of CS2 is still fully loaded. Can I just
uninstall this is or is there a special method to be followed? How will this affect the CS4 installation files?

His Answer:
I understand you are requesting technical support for Creative Suite®
2.0. This version has been discontinued and is no longer supported via
phone or web cases.

Did he just ©opy and ℗aste that or what?

Does anyone here at CreativeBits™ have an answer?

and searched around the web for it. I got to this link
http://luminous-landscape.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28868
which basically says you have no requirement to keep CS2/3 - but watch the plugins.

The uninstall procedure is not the easiest so I would have a look at the uninstall readme for CS2 and make sure everything is removed that you don't need.

I use AppZapper to get rid of these types of things.
