We seek an experienced, organised and creative Senior Designer / Studio Manager to manage our clients in-house design studio (team of 3) located on the Northern Beaches. This is a great opportunity to work close to home!

This role will see you working across 20 different brands in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of all design jobs, including POS, packaging, advertising and marketing collateral.

This is very much a hands-on role so you must demonstrate exceptional creative ability, art direction, and the ability to interpret and fulfill a creative brief and carry it through to print-ready artwork. You will possess excellent organisational skills and exceptional leadership qualities to mentor and inspire the team. And not forgetting a passionate approach to design and a strong portfolio to match!
