The margins on this project are a little tight. I'd move the text and "advisory" elements in a little.
(As for downloading it, not very likely with the PG label on it.)
If you keep your ears open, you'll see better.
Agree with Mintsauce's comment, but I'm REALLY liking the illustration with its combo of pen and layers of green washes.
For the band's name, have you tried flushing the keyline with the text? Or, have you tried making it a black/white line to tie in with the rest of the text treatment?
Nice work.

"Art -- the one achievement of Man which has made the long trip up from all fours seem well advised." - James Thurber
I like the illustration with the background, but I don't think the text adds or works very well with the design. I think it would be a good idea to integrated more, it looks like a separate thing. Good job though!

yep this is much better then your previous "photo manipulation"
your font is a bit hard to read, and the contrast between black white and green combined with the kerning on your album name makes the text awkward...
but good job! you have come so far my young padawan!
"Good design is obvious. Great design is transparent."
— Joe Sparano
MUCH better. I find the illustration a little flat and it could use a little more "OMPH" Textures, contrast and size can help you achive this. Why are they all stuffed together? It doesn't seem like a planned composition, just thrown together. I agree with the others, the text is not really readable. You're on the right track though.

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
thanx for the wonderful comments guys! there is always some tweeking to do. but as far as the parental advisory logo, that will be edited to say something different. that will not be on there as is when it goes into production!
Love the artwork. It's very stylised, but at the same time quite realistic in that you can clearly relate to the people and their emotions.
