i did a logo for ancy technology (they are in software field), the client were satisy with this logo, but i want to improve some more

i have no idea what the concept is here, beyond that you're trying to create "AT" in there. but why did you do it this way? why a triangle in a square?

The mark reminds me of a floppy disk for some reason. Eurostile was a very 80's "tech" font too - maybe that's the connection. The whole thing has a very dated feel about it. Take this idea and advance it 30 years style-wise. Those colors will give you problems as grayscale too - the blue and gray have very close values.

this approach is very common and oldie, I think all of us start sketching these things.

Very boring. low tech, almost no sense of design. It does not give the signal of modern, software, digital or innovative. Al the thing a software company should communicate.
My suggestion, forget this approach and see what the other software companys are doing for inspiration and a new start.
