It's nice, I would work a bit on the typography to make it more unique.
Hmm. I like the version with the "T" in Century rendered as a screw, but this is more 21st century. It could look really smashing on trucks. Well, maybe "smashing" wasn't quite the right choice of word, but you get what I mean, yes? :-) I agree with Ivan that the font for the word "Century" seems a little ho-hum. Would it be too expected to use a font in which the "C" has the same shape as the one in the mark?

This is much nicer. The other looked outdated, and not in a nostalgic, utilitarian way. This is something great for a small company, because this logo would grow with the company. Much more professional and national looking.

I like that you implied the screw shape in the C rather than directly drawing it so much. Sweet!
One question: Why is 'Century' black? Shouldn't it be that maroon or the gold color in your logo? Just a thought.
