Another try

Another idea (triptic) with a slight play in the first box based on the shape of the D.
I like the left-hand box of the first version, but not sure how to incorporate it into the logo to make it clear what it is for (i.e to fitting in the words IMBIBO DESIGN).
I tried a version with IBMBIBO DESIGN spaced out under the 3 boxes, but it didn't seem to fit.
Any better? or more of the same?

this style is trés 2004-2005, I remember back then I was at newstoday and you couldn't find anyone not designing things with the flower petal styling.
That being said, they are fine designs, if you really want to complete the 2004 feel add a backing of 45 degree stripped lines. ;)
"The definition of a liberal is someone who's afraid to take their own side in a fight."
didn't realise I was getting historical :-D
If 2004-2005 is flower petals, what is 2006/2007 looking like?
2002 television stripes
2003 grungy splatter
2004 flowery
2005 45 degree horizontal stripes and new vista return to aqua elements
2006 clean and eupropean
2007 WIDE OPEN BABY
"The definition of a liberal is someone who's afraid to take their own side in a fight."
2006 has to be the curly-q, ink well induced, floral corner/ border treatment. Everyone is jumpin' on bored that train. As far as your design goes, the bottom one is easier on the eye. I like play of your ID and my brain takes me to stem and leaf as opposed to a petal. Nice
Definitely, if your logo is going to go inside a shape, don't use any of the weird ones on the top row. A square isn't bad, but...
Here's a suggestion: Why not just take the "ID" out of the box, and put the words "Imbibo Design" to the right of it. I think that would look nice and straight forward.
don't forget about butterflies... they're over-used too

IMBIBO is such a great name, it's unique to you, and it sounds totally cool just saying it. It offers a million opportunities to do something creative with the typography ... really, you don't know how lucky you are.
"id" means little, yet 'IMBIBO design' says everything. Unfortunately, you've taken your strongest asset and minimized it with bland typography and given it less importance than the "id" graphic and a triptych of colors and shapes.
