Some paints mostly. Oddly enough, the day after I got them I was walking home I found some really beautiful, BRAND NEW brushes scattered on the sidewalk on my way home. Weird.
I also had a good year ( notice I didn't say I was good this year :P) so I got myself a 28 inch LCD screen for my PC. I'm now hooked up to a 28" and a 21", makes working so much more efficient.

My husband surprised me with a calligraphy set for Christmas. Wasn't anything on my wish list or anything, so it was definitely a surprise, but it does have me intrigued. I will likely do some playing around with it... maybe even get into font creation if I get reaaaally good...
maybe you can try it out on yourfont.com, if you want to try a simplified version of creating your own font. free!
While its not a huge deal, I'll be getting a new Apple keyboard (the slim aluminum one) after I killed the old white one in the dishwasher.
you put it in the dishwasher??
the new ones are nicer though...i might just "accidentally" run my old hairdryer through the dishwasher. ; )
I've done it a few times before, and usually takes about a week for it to dry out and work again. Not sure what went wrong this time, however.
The nice thing about the new ones is that you can just wipe them off. No big crevices to catch all your lunch crumbs.
