I have a dual 1.42 GHz G4 with 1 GB RAM and a Radeon 9000, and I solved the problem by using Pacifist and using a app crack. Look around on the net for it...
I already have the Pacifist and the original Aperture. What do I do next? Thank you.

Download this, replace the Aperture binary with it.
Can you be more specific? Let's pretend I'm really dumb. Thank you ;-)
There are two files in it, one is for Aperture installer and the other is for the Aperture program. Control click on Aperture program, go to show package contents, go to MacOS, and theres and executable called Aperture. Replace it with the program file and away you go...did you manage to install it yet?
Something went wrong. We can't even open the CD to try and install it. It doesn't tests the computer. Any ideas?
Step 1
1- Insert Aperture DVD and make a read-write disc image of it. (IE with Disk Utility)
2- Mount the freshly created image on your desktop.
3- Type + Shift + g in the Finder and type the following:
/Volumes/Aperture/Packages/Aperture.pkg/Contents/Resources/
4- Press return to access the "Resources" folder and replace "InstallationCheck"
5- Now you can install with your own serial number.
Step 2
1- Aperture should now be installed in the main Applications folder.
2- Type + Shift + g in the Finder and type the following:
/Applications/Aperture.app/Contents/MacOS/
3- Press return to access the "MacOS" folder and replace "Aperture"
3- Type + Shift + g in the Finder and type the following:
/Volumes/Aperture/Packages/Aperture.pkg/Contents/Resources/
4- Press return to access the "Resources" folder and replace "InstallationCheck"
5- Type + Shift + g in the Finder and type the following:
/Volumes/Aperture/Packages/ApertureSampleProjects.pkg/Contents/Resources/
6- Press return to access the "Resources" folder and replace "InstallationCheck"
So you must replace it twice, and not only once as in the instructions file.

(down at the bottom)
I did step 1, but how can I install with my own serial number?
should I edit any folder in edit text?
Another thing is I got problems to replace the "InstallationCheck"
even with the write permisions he didn't alowd to do so???
Many Thanks
Your own SN will be asked for.
Is the installcheck on your HD? Is it writeable (the disk image)?
Yes the disk is writeable
The disk is writeable, and when i try to replace "InstalationCheck" I get
" Te operation cannot be complet because you do not have sufficient privileges
for "InstalationCheck".
I have another problem.
I solved install and run problem already. but I got a problem about Memory.
I have 764M only.
anyone knows how to solve that?
Follow the instructions on the site below to install without 1GB. In the future think about upgrading to at least a gig because Aperture will run a little sluggish on just 764mb.
