That S is bothering me. What would it look like as a single line?
I also think the tagline is too heavy a font compared to the line weight of the logo type.

I like the idea - but it does read 'ARSE' to me.
Simplifying and refining the letters should fix this.

I like the idea, but you need to work more on it. It now reads APSF because of the lamps.
