This is an AO poster design for an internal communication campaign to promote good leadership within the organisation.
I think this is my third poster design i have done plus there is not a lot of room to be creative.
I strugled with the background colour any comments welcome

This poster has been very challenging for me especially working with the gold colour. I think it is the background colour that makes it look grubby but I aggree the masthead needs to be bigger. And I'll make the words line up better.
I have done a couple of things for them in the past mostly internal communication still gunning for the big contract all the poster layouts for their monthly specials in the bonjour stores.

an extremly light blue BG would make the yellow of everything else "pop" and work with the "Total" logo as well, you could also graduate the BG from blue to yellow to add subtle dimension and use a weaker shadow to give more attention to the foreground elements.
