hey guys... currently working on a freecard series for our class at college for graphic design in vienna... aim was to create cards to get new students...
i decided to do something "old school"... what do you think?

Concerning your design: I really like it. It's one of those freecards I would keep and maybe even put on one of my pinboards just because they look really good.
I think this looks very cool. Nice work! Is the next item up for critique supposed to be the flip side? If so, I'm withholding comment on general principle b/c of the religious content.

no, it's actually not the flipside, it's just the last card of a 4-card-series...
and the "religious content" is just to get the people lookong at it...
on the flipside will be just information about school, adress and so on...
