Strange size for a magazine ad. Is this a standard where you're from? Looks like the same proportions as the "shop board" designs we're seeing lately.
I agree with the others. The design is much too busy and lacks concept. Specifically, why the distorted registration mark above the jumping man's head? Why those color choices layered over the leaf? (Red, blue and green aren't the primary colors of process printing.) Why the jumping man, come to think of it? Why twice, with the second one fading away as if he's being sucked into a murky green blob? That seems very strange to me, and completely unnecessary.

One thing I'd recommend is to research color theory to help unify this. I agree with Ivan, there is no discernible concept for this piece.
