Nicely done. The only thing that bothers me is that the shadow on the panda and the shadow on the child are opposites. It looks like there are two light sources - from the left and the right.

and the panda image seems to be blue toned and the baby image/slide seems to be magenta toned.
why not have the panda on the baby's lap?
I see the points mentioned by Mintsauce and pokie above. But at first glance I didn't notice. My first impression was the joyful impact in all it's cuteness! If it wasn't mentioned, I probably would have missed the slight imperfections of the mix. The lighting issues are fairly subtle, and the subject matter pulls the viewer away from these imperfections quite effectively. Sense this is a critique area, we take the extra time to look for the imperfections. But I feel though that in general, the average viewer will either not notice it, or will not be impacted by it. My impression is that it's happy, fun, and cute to look at. Although we all like to get everything right, there are times when we might just get a way with a little. Well done! ---Will
Select one of the two layers and go image>>adjustments>>photo filter to change the tone of one of the layers and perhaps play about with the burn and dodge tools.
