Backup & Sync Webserver

Hi,

I would like to backup and sync my dedicated webserver. I curently a script(rsycn via ssh) to do it but I cannot schedule it because I need to type the root password.

Is there an application able to do it, store the password and schedule the action ? I look also on the Automator actions and workflow sites but I didn't find anything usable.
