Bevel : horrible.
Drop Shadow : Horrible.
Running Man : Not bad, looks awkward though.
Oval : It would look sooo much better without it.
Flashlight : ? too many ideas.
Binary Code: ? too many ideas.
Typeface : Your logo is very vector and simple, I think the font should reflect this.

And... what do the letters in his hands represent?

Yep needs to be simplified. Basic seems ok, just follow the basics of logo design and I'm sure this can be a good logo.
