Be a good mutant!

Legendary designer Philippe Starck -- with no pretty slides behind him -- spends 17 minutes reaching for the very roots of the question "Why design?" Along the way he drops brilliant insights into the human condition; listen carefully for one perfectly crystallized motto for all of us, genius or not. Yet all this deep thought, he cheerfully admits, is to aid in the design of a better toothbrush. (Recorded March 2007 in Monterey, California. Duration: 17:07.)

Starck is amazing. I went to
Starck is amazing. I went to a conference of him about 2 years ago and I was amazed... He is definetelly the design rock-star, because he kept a big full-house audience totally focused and interested, and he never said the word 'design' a single time.
As a matter a fact, he didn't even talked about design, but at the same time everything he said was... design. Unbelievable :)
So...
This guy is a genius? His point is that we are God?
Wow.
Arrogance disguised as intelligence.
I enjoyed him
Well done. Especially his trés clever paradigm of our primordial beginnings and our mutation into what is now today's society.
Life is change, to create is change until our story is done and the next one begun.
ttfn!
