Hello. I am new here and

Hello. I am new here and have been reading and learning a lot. I found the flash app above very interesting. I have been practicing my photo retouching for some time.

However, I do not know of the best way to do the shadows like on her face and her chest (to make 3D). Any suggestions on the steps for these?
