Stronger than the Red one. Another misspelled word though (Before). I think the tears from the "After child" are too much. People don't need the tears to understand what is happening. It would be so much stronger and emotionally more powerful without the tears, because they almost take the image to a place that is funny.

It's enough to have the after. No need for before. Everyone knows how the before looks like. Just make sure to use the exact symbols on the road sign. I think it is enclosed in a square rather than a circle.

The circle implies perfect completeness, and I think war is the opposite. Maybe you can come up with a better symbol like a caution sign or a broken circle?

Just a thought.
