I really like your minimalistic approach on this. It really works.
I specifically love the loose tea on the left page—not many tea companies display the loose tea alone—that I've seen, at least.
Although I have to admit, I wish I could get a better view of this work. Can't really tell at that angle. Would like to see the text and your treatment of typography. But from what i can see, it looks nice.
What's really cool about this minimalistic approach is it reminds me of the best advertising in the 70s (I remember because I was alive then and managed to save some magazine clippings in scrapbooks that I just recently dug up!).
Great idea and great daring use of 'space' to make the point.
The only thing that bothers me is the aqua colour for the logo - seems out of place. I would have done a darker colour to reference the black on the facing page. :) I can't really tell what the colour in the other version of the logo is, the image is too small.
[EDIT] Also, the dropshadow on the tea leaves is a little too strong. ><
Actually, from what I can tell, the logo seems to be the same hue as the saucer. At least I think that's where the blue is from. Either way, he seems to mimic that in the logo.
I like it. It seems appropriate, therefore it creates a really nice balance.

if that's the corporate color, that's the corporate color. it's not like you can just change it because you want to.
The color is set

very clean. nice use of white space.
out of curiosity, what is that behind and right of the cup/saucer? laptop keyboard?
hard to tell from the photo/angle, but how is the contrast on the white text on beige below the tea?
This is excellent work. Very classy simple and as gwells says, GREAT use of white space I must admit.
