I'm still trying to reference my website's design, while responding to the criticism I received here for the first iteration of this card. I hope this works better. The photograph of a landscape typical of the region I serve helps to associate me with the environmental projects that are my specialty. My services include photography.

not to be mean. but this looks like aldus pagemaker. circa 1993
This looks rushed. Unfinished. No finesse. No communication.
The W and G does not mix well with the rest of the very stiff "arrenton raphics". Image is super awkward, and very off-putting. Overall type looks amateurish. General composition is bland.
The color theme is okay, and could work well with some good design. Keep that, but the rest has to go.

Thought you were dead set against full color photos on bcards too. Not that we know each other intimately or anything - but this doesn't say "Mara" to me at all.
You know what, guys? I think my big problem here is that I'm stuck with a website design that has long outlived its usefulness. I'm going to bite the bullet and redesign the site based on the world's most terrific business card, as opposed to trying to design a business card based on something that needs to take a hike.
I love industrial stuff, Deco and all that. I have just shoved the cat off the drawing board and plugged in the espresso machine. Look out, world...

exactly. the problem is your website, it looks too nineteen hundreds, change it. i don't think you will be getting real design projects with that site.
Looking forward to design comps of your new look! Very exciting!
