Are you sure a square academic cap (took me a while to realise that it was one) is the right way to go? Try sketching out (or listing out) some alternative routes.
It seems to me that you've got stuck on one idea and are determined to make it work. I think that, as a concept, it can work. But good, simple ideas are often the toughest to execute well.
I often find that by sketching and writing out a whole heap of other ideas I find a new way of approaching not only the problem but often the solution that just wasn't working for me previously.
Focussing on these versions - the two key areas that just aren't working are: the tassel (it doesn't look like one) and your type choices and positioning (they feel dated and just dropped in).
It's interesting. Not sure that you need the black half of the hat though. And the string and button can be more pronounced to make them reduce better.
BIGGER on the name. You haven't done a single one with the name on the same scale as the hat. This is the real problem here imho - BLOW UP THE NAME!!!

Yeah its only me... no help from any where except the books and my search on this topic. I ,,m pleased that typographical track is becoming a bit closer But I’ll find more expressive typeface..

Thanks for your encouragement ,Your points are worthy and these Implementation are important!
I got it immediately! Very nice mark. Having name inside the cap could be an issue, but otherwise, I'm liking!

Without my sense of direction, I don't know where I'd be.

like the concept you need a better way to put the diagonal lines of the flag to be visible when shrinked.
you made the logo so big compared the type because you can't view the diagonal lines smaller.
the white line need bigger, you need to make the things work, don't detail them.
forget the name inside version, this kind of inclusion will function only with initials.
yes I'm brazilian xD
ok, im really having a hard time believing the same person has been in controll of all these revisions. the style keeps changing so drastically.
with that said. this is BY FAR the most sophisticated solution youve presented.
HOWEVER. im not sure its the most effective. i saw the graduation cap immediately. but ony because i was looking for it.
the type is better. bu ti still dont think its suited to the product / service
