Billboard i made for the City of Buffalo GreenTeam. The logo in the billboard I also designed myself. This will be on 20 different billboard thru the months of July & August and also on 20 different buses & 300 t-shirts. They are up in the air if they want it on Black or on WHite.
What do you guys think?

couple of random thoughts. the bottom line of text will be illegible at that size and the distance people will be reading it (not to mention too close to the bottom).
i presume it's stretched a little because you were putting it on a billboard template in perspective?
the web site is a bit difficult to make out, too. combo of the light weight of the font and the extreme tracking. the light weight of the fonts not in the logo makes them tough to read overall, but the URL has even more extreme tracking to it making it the most difficult to read.
you might want to manually edit the exclamation point to have a bit more space between the top line and the dot at the bottom. they seem to be running together in this view (maybe that's just the jpg, but it looks like that in the image).
There's way too much going on here. You have 3 seconds to send your message to someone driving by at 65mph +. Even sitting here on my computer trying to read it I'm not getting it (flow lines are all over the place!)
Simplify this design and stand about 5 feet back from your computer. Do you get the message? If not, redesign and simplify till you do.
Otherwise, good colors and logo.

** Edit** I guess I should have done research on grow financial before saying anything. It looks as though it is only a Tampa, Florida Credit Union. But still they really do look a like.
Not to be rude, but the g leaf design looks very similar to grow financial logo http://media.monster.com/xmacdillx/joblogo.gif
If this is going to be on billboards in a major metropolitan area I would be careful of copyright issues. I just think it's to much alike.
Shoot, go all the way and mention Mint:
The 'green' and 'leaf' motifs are overused the past 3 years or more...
