I'm starting to think reboot on this one. Quite frankly, it's just not very impressive. There's some text at an angle and a logo that looks like a misprint of some kind. Nothing is grabbing my attention here. And the logo reads "ra" or "ma" to me - not "na".
I'm having the same readability issues Art is having with your lettermark. I also don't think it needs to blend so heavily into the background. Your text (link, email, twitter) I can see getting lost in the background when printed to those with the slightest visual impairment/ having a long stressful day.
the whole thing just looks very forced. like its trying way too hard to be interesting... but there's just too many things fighting for attention.
nothing about this says "trust this guy with your design needs"

I would make the logo on the bottom right the same orange as the name.

I liked the first color scheme better, this one is overpoweringly orange. The font choice looks better.
The initials still don't read right. Don't be limited by ideas that merge the two letters together.
