3. I want to be able to fully manage the comments. It's kinda silly to have a message saying "this message has been deleted...". Why not delete it altogether???

I just switched from Blogger to Wordpress, and I am very pleased with the results. Plus, it has all those things you asked for, and more.

Yep, it comes packaged with a whole package to import from Blogger. It's all very simple, took me about 10 minutes or so to set up.
