Blue Logo

About 6 months ago, I created a logo for the same company name and got excellent feedback from that. However, I was wondering what was others thought of this new logo, esp. what you thought about the longevity this logo (will it need to be changed in 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?).

The idea behind 'blue' is using technology in simplistic and open manner (thus the name 'blue' and the two clouds, to represent a vast, blue sky or blue ocean). Please, I am open to any criticisms, complements, or a simple yes or no.

PS. The picture wasn't as bright originally, don't know what happened.

Hello blue-man. =D

at first moment I feel it's poo for IT logo, living at same Skype "rainbow IT bubble planet".

ok, we've now a lot of "cloud everything" IT bla-bla-bla that can vulgarize this concept.

and blue was hype some years ago with other technologies together like bluetooth or blue-ray discs (and Intel "blue man group") that contribute to massificate this color.

there are thounsands of blue companies at google.

I like the featherweight feeling but at this moment I'm not able to compare between other concurrents that you don't show us yet.

yes I'm brazilian xD

Is the logo always reversed out from a blue background? Also, as qwertyale requested, more information on the company...

Look the awesome iBlueSky (I recommend for every web/graphic designers), the mindmapping iPhone app, it has similar logo. Cloudy logo will become a fever!

OK that's our situation: some unwanted unpredictable noises between consumers and your client communication could occur.

I think the redesigned baloon version could be safer than this clouded one.

Hey peeeeople what do you think?

I agree that cloud logos are going to explode in the near future, you would be better thinking of a different angle as you will no doubt become confused with one of the many 'cloud computing' logos that are going to emerge.

Plus, having clouds hanging over the word 'blue' makes me think it is going to rain, and that is quite sad. Maybe not what you were thinking of, but it shouts depression.

Dictionary Definition:
BLUE: informal (of a person or mood) melancholy, sad, or depressed : "he's feeling blue."

Perhaps try stepping away from icons for now and concentrate more on the lettering. THEN see if it requires a mark to accompany it.
