I think there is too much red. Also, the brain there kinda scares me.

I'm never a fan of burying a company tagline into a logo. It, along with the company name will disappear at small sizes.
The literal image of the brain in strange combination with the ring of leaves isn't extremely attractive or creative for a company offering branding.
I don't want any branding from this brain.

The color red + the image of the brain feels kinda creepy. I suggest using other colors.
