Waaaaay too busy, needs a better hierarchy and more room to breath.

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
Love it, except Leaky's right - needs room to breath. But I'm thinking all you really need to do is redesign the info between the headline and the typewriter. That can be smaller, try a different font and definitely change the blue color (red maybe?) - that's just getting lost in there anyway. You also don't need the colored background stuff (which I didn't even notice at first) - just ditch it and make this a 2 color piece. Then it's a keeper - I'd hang it in my closet.
Almost there, listen to Leaky.
Vinny, I like your work! Two things: (1) It skews a bit left for me and (2) you could probably get rid of the "runners up" line, since you mention multiple winners already, which would help space it out. To do that, instead of saying $300, since it isn't a huge draw, say 5 winners will be selected (or however many prizes there are plus the Grand).
Edit: I'm still getting used to this. Anyway, had another thought. Isn't the prospect of having your play produced bigger than $300???
Agree with comments above. Especially the hierarchy. PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION OF YOUR OWN PLAY should be front and center. Then work on the reflow of the remaining text.
Agree with Art regarding the 2 colour concept. Black and red or black and blue.
Nice work.
Cheers.
