the scope image has kind of a negative connotation - especially when used near a person.

Not seeing much design in any of these offerings - mostly just things tossed on a page to make it look nice. Where's the idea behind the design?

Is the target a watermark? If so it needs to go yesterday. While I can understand your concern to protect your work, you're among other creatives who frown on the theft of work and will whole-heartedly defend your claim of artwork if seen elsewhere. It's just what everyone does in our community. The only thing it's really doing is mucking up our ability to critique your work here.

If it's not a watermark- yikes. Your spelling and grammar need to be addressed. It may not be important in semi-customizable templates but it's what will help you sell it. If there isn't some flaw for someone to poke fun at, there's no reason to not give the design a good hard look. Right now you're "makeing" me critique the silly details rather than what counts. Link consistency with casing also matters (to me). Aside from the shenanigans, it's very generic and doesn't blow anything out of the water. The paragraph spacing is disturbing and breaks flow while The layout itself doesn't have any comfortable margins for the elements or a grid to help organize information.

Your graphic elements are so grim. A fully dressed, scowling businessman walking in a desert full of blackbirds? Really? A silhouetted woman wandering down what appears to be a hospital corridor? Why? Are you a designer at all? You say you were a Windows programmer. Why are you now designing websites? What is your artistic focus here? What are you trying to accomplish?

I think this target is a watermark for forum publishing purposes.
Can't see nothing creative just anything programmers could make without difficulty.
phone number, plus 3 places for Home/Support/Contact is too much.
