Busy bee
I'd like to apologize for the lack of blog posts nowadays. I have a new job and I'm unbeliveably busy. I had no uninterrupted holiday or weekend for the last 2 month and many times I get home after midnight. But, I'm loving it! Because of my NDA I can't talk about the job. Let me just tell you, it's a kick ass advertising agency. I'm not sure when will I get my life back... I was even thinking about passing on the stick and sell creativebits, because i would like the blog to be continued as it was before even if somebody else was in charge.
I'm very happy to see the crit section striving with some great work however. If you haven't done it recently, do check out the works and drop your critique. Your fellow designer buddies will very much appreciate it.

Funny Ivan. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I just took a new job with an ad agency here in LA a month ago. Yep, I left MS. The ad world is INSANE!!!
Hope things go well. Can you tell us who your big clients are? Its publicly known who our clients are so I'm allowed to talk about current clients, just not future clients.

Good News About The Job...

That's great news Ivan! It's always fun to find a job that really fires you up every day. That is a very important thing to have in life - passion fo you work, it's good for the soul. As for CB, I would hope that you dont "Pass the torch". I think you have built a site and community base that is kinda of a self running ecosystem now. As long as other people such as CreativeGuy, Waleed, and some other talented people can still put there valuable input into the site from time to time, you should be able "pop in" whenever time allows for it. CB is a great site with great members. It would be a shame to loose it's founder so soon. Just some thoughts.

Ivan, good to hear you found a very exciting job. Its always nice to know someone is fired up with their new job. I hope it continues to spice up your life. Some of us get tired of our jobs after a while but I hope you get to keep your excitement about working for the ad agency for years to come. Good luck in your future endeavors but keep in touch if you decide to "Pass the Torch".
Just wanted to take the time and tell you that I am glad to be part of the online community at CreativeBits and must say that it wouldn't be the same without you but you should do what is best for you as having a life outside of work is healthy and I am sure you know that already.
