Can a sound file be made louder?
I'm doing a flash movie with a background soundtrack, it's about
frogs, animals etc, but it's really not loud enough...
Is there any software to make it louder?
Is it like resisizing a pic where it'd get screwed up?

Audacity!
It's a great open source audio tool. Guessing your file is a mp3 file, download the audacity and the lame library and import the file. Select all the track and use the amplifier filter :), then export.
