It's pretty good. I think the trophy looks out of place, like it doesn't really belong in there.
I am concerned with where these posters will be displayed??? Seems like some people may be offended by the girl. Not to mention, I'm sure some taxi drivers are females.
She's too sexy. I realize sex sells, but in this case, I have to agree with pokie on this. Not only that, she doesn't necessarily fit.
I also agree with the trophy being a bit out of place. It looks like it's just floating there. The juxtaposition is completely wrong. Experiment with it and see where else it could fit. Maybe take the girl out all together and replace it with the trophy—so you don't offend anybody.
Otherwise, my opinion is, I like the raw look of the poster, but a little too busy for my taste. I think what would solve that is moving the trophy. Giving more of that yellow space in the background will clean it up a bit and still convey that "garage-type" feel at the same time. If that makes sense.
I too am weary of the babe. Also, you could barely see the guys above the trophy. I would get rid of them. I like the grunge checker up top, can't you do that for the checkerboard at the bottom? Otherwise, I like the colors.

It's too much and doesn't fit with the rustic illustration style. I like the poster, but the whole thing needs to get "dirtied up" a bit.
