Christmas gifts - 2005

It's soon time for Christmas around the world, most common dates are 24th, 25th and some ppl have it later.. As always there is a wishlist from us and from our family, friends.. So perhaps we could tip eachother with nice ideas of gifts..

And remember.. Be nice and don't forget why we celebrate christmas and pay a thought on those who have harder times of various reasons..

1. What do you wish?
2. What will be the ultimate christmas gift in year 2005?
3. Got any ideas for christmas gifts?

Abdul... unless the dev team have a magic wand.. I dont think we'll be seeing that one for xmas ;)

1) Have all wars ended, get the troops out of iraq and tony blair out of power
2) By the looks of it the 30gb black iPod is gonna be it, or a nano
3) For me : 17" Powerbook with 23" cinema display - for others: I cant say, they visit CB

1. wishes?
no wars, no borders, no oil but food and shelter for everyone, one nation, one language and outsourcing with aliens.
but i will settle for finishing all my projects on time and cash in.
[not going to happen]

2. ultimate gift?
a Macintel (or Gentium) so I can finaly Switch.
[not going to happen]

3. gift ideas?
it's kinda hard to give ideas without knowing the person meant to receive the gift. i usually go for something personal. exactly the thing that he/she wants/needs/lacks the most. if its too expensive, ill pair up with friends.
the excitement of receiving exactly what you crave for is hard to beat.

anyways, www.thinkgeek.com has stuff for smart masses
