The back of the card is very strong. However, the front is lacking something. It might work better to dump the obscure part of the logo with tiny sliver on the left and incorporate a screened version. It might also help to pump up the company name a bit.

I like the logo only back of the card. I really don't like the typeface. It is very hard to read.

Don't be afraid to fill more of the space on the 'convergent only' side. Make that logo bigger since it's in the center.
