Color model help

Would anyone know what color model "C8, 05, 75" (should be light brown) is from?

I'm guessing that's a lazy way to annotate process colors?
Cyan - 8
Magenta - 5
Yellow - 75
Except that makes a yellow/lightish green color. Can you live with that instead of light brown?
makes no sense to me.
i thought that maybe it was an RGB and the "C5" was a misread "05," but that's purple.
Hex color, but not a light brown.
