financial planning
wealth creation
wealth preservation

tax & estate planning
Please comment on the symbols fonts I hope a doesn't look like turd.

The first one seems to be very interesting, can you explain the concept behind it?
I guess profits/success
I guess profits/success soaring up?? Pretty obvious to me.

1 vote for the compass
I like the compass in relation to the business name. It relates to a tool useful in conquest and symbolizes the function of financial planning (navigating the client to financial prosperity). I vote for version C. Like the concept & execution.
Spot On
Spont On - Jhouse
I guess what I am trying to achieve is to invoke feelings of success, profits soaring financ*al fr**dom chosen direction.
E & H the client likes the design but feels the mark might be to aggressive wants to know how can i soften it a bit (Any suggestions welcome)
C I feel the mark might be to heavy for the font.
Thanks for the feedback

i think i prefer the logotype in E (bank gothic?) to the other typeface you're using. it feels a little stronger and says "financial" to me. and with your target demographic over 50, it's also a little more conservative than the other face. but, as before, i'm not thrilled with the centering of the tag line. what would it look like if the tag line was right justified and under "UESTA"?
i would also try that typeface with the other solutions as well.
i like the idea of the compass, too. but i agree that the mark feels a bit heavy. maybe some simplification, a little smaller, and while still in perspective, maybe not so 3D. using the bank gothic might help with the weight balance as well, since it feels a bit sturdier than the other typeface. i think the compass is a good direction, but it needs refinement.
I like the last one, compass
I like the last one, compass is for travel, the others look ambiguous.
Greek helmet is conquest, is strategy and makes good relation with this business.
You can simplify helmet style and improve logo layout. Roman typo works, E is copperplate?
copperplate has small serifs
copperplate has small serifs on it.

but i think i was wrong about bank gothic. at closer inspection, it's probably more like akzidenz grotesque.
Link Broken
Hi gwells
the link supplied is not working.
Julitus I like the helmet one as well it was the first one i drew and it was the first thing that came to mind when i heard the company name.Ill rework the helmet one a bit and also add the different font types. The font currently used with the black version of the helmet is engravers gothic.
Thanks once again for the input its tough sometimes to put things into perspective especially if one works in isolation no second opinion his is what makes this site great.
Cheers will post an update soon.
