i can say nice illustration.
but what is the concept here?
thats the point, not really a concept behind it...
i mean, its a little dream, to create a design magazine, to support young people from austria, maybe this is the startshot to this...
thanks for compliment

I can tell you don't have a concept, which isn't a good thing. This isn't meant to sound harsh, just what I think. Assuming you were making up a fake magazine and then designing up a cover for this fake magazine, I'll critique it on that level.
First of all, use correct English grammar if you're going to use English. "Don't drive at -a- red light." Uhm . . .okay? This message tells me something that anyone with any intelligence about driving should know. The red splatters are automatically read in my mind as blood. Why is there blood coming out of the trunk if I crashed through a red light? Does that car have a "uncooperative" passenger?
The license plate really bothers me - it's the name of the magazine. It just puts too many negative connotations on the magazine.
I think most certainly you need a concept, even on "dream magazines". Think of your target audience - would they be disgusted by the thought of blood dripping from a car? I am.
The "black" splatters don't look real. They kind of look like a brush that was used in an awkward way.
The drawing isn't clean. I would definitely put it into Illustrator and vector it. Scanned ink drawings just look messy in most cases. Also, the angle of the lid of the trunk looks awkward. I would try drawing it with some lines of perspective.
Also, wouldn't a graphic design magazine have some more headlines on the cover? Maybe some article titles? Maybe I'm reading the wrong magazines, but I've never read a magazine cover with just the title, barcode, and a giant piece of artwork.

Don't let scrant like these ruin it for you! keep going.
I believe you mean "don't drive THROUGH a red light."
I agree with seraphim on this.
I have no idea what "scrant" means, but I assume it was intended to be an insult. Sir, comments like these are part of everyday life in a design studio where designers' work is subjected to peer review before the client sees the finished product. If this offends you, I'm sorry for you. This will limit your employment opportunities.
