Corals are Made to Sustaine Life... Not the Anchores.

This picture was made to show the negative impact of trowing the anchors over the coral formations in any coral garden.
I am learning the many ways for using wisely this great web page.
I am creating a web page my own, for the underwater protection in our Caribbean area, so any advise from the experts can be useful for me, this is the very first time I design a web page and still have some errors, but I will appreciate your professional suggestions; www.nautiliusproject.com
I whait for your coments.
Thanks for your generous attention.

Wow. Not bad for a first
Wow. Not bad for a first timer. The main thing I would change is to make the text slightly bigger with more leading. It's very hard to read and it's not inviting at all. Good luck!
As always, Ivan is right.
As always, Ivan is right. Make the text slightly larger, give it more leading, and then you will be in business. Look really great for a first time site.

A couple of things ..
My comments come from just being a viewer instead of someone that does web design (I am lerning though ; )
Three things: first, it kinda bothers me when I set the cursor on a button like "Dominican Republic" on top and the type doesn´t change colors, or the button itself doesn´t pop out a bit so as for me to know that I´m about to click on the right spot. Get what I´m saying?
Second, I don´t know what the exact word for it in English (I´m from Argentina), but the "button bar" on top seems a bit too simple in comparison to the rest of the page.
And third, the logo itself (fogive me if it´s not the logo perse) also seems to need some work. It seems like it´s stuck in the middle between simple and complex.
Other than that, love the pics, layout, etc. I agree with the rest in regards to the type size.
Great start! Congrats!

I Like it...
As a fellow diver I can tell you the site is really interesting, and it is not bad at all for a first timer. (I think it's better than all the ones I've done). I am also going to agree with Ivan and Calvincarl regarding the font size. The other thing I found is that there is no navigation menu on the gallery page. You might want to add at least a "back" button.
By the way, Are you Dominican?

Nitpicking
You're doing great. Just one thing, and it's really not that big, but I'm a nut for consistency. The first page end at the bottom with footer and shadow while the rest of the pages don't. Chances are nobody will notice. Also, on the gallery the page shadow is missing. Otherwise, great work.
I like it!
Quite a pleasant underwater site and experience, interesting contents that I hope will grow more and more. I would only advise you to be a bit careful with left margins and with testing every link, including the ones at the "feet" of the pages. I don't have the right to provide unimportant advise, but it is just what I have done :)
All the best for you guys, and for Project Nautilius!
