Also needs better typography.
The type isn't all that clear being over such a busy pattern and needs to be punched out a little more to work.

The "Our Packages" font looks odd stuck there on its own.

Just thought I'd point that out... the first thing I saw... the guy's had his head chopped off. :D Also his legs.

The colors and patterns are interesting and good but overall I agree it's too busy.

Oh boy, it's way too much stuff in that design.
Analyze what things you *really* need to get the message through, and what things you can get rid of (there's a lot of that ones ;) )

Also I would show either all the body of the man, or a silhouette, but not half the body :S

Here's the one thing that you've absolutely got to fix: I wouldn't have had any idea that this is for a karate school except for the fact that you wrote it in your introduction text below the image. I could read all the text on the page three times and still not really have any idea what it's for. SOME kind of class.
