Cracks on new Wacom tablet

Hey guys,

I just got a new Wacom tablet (Intuos 6x11), but on the top of the clear plexiglass near the express keys there is a crack. One under the left set of express keys and one under the right set and I wanted to know if anyone else has them or if it's just mine. This is fresh out of the box and I noticed it right away so I know I didn't do it.

Are you sure that isn't just the edges of protective film that you're supposed to remove?

There's no protective film over it.

Wow, what a shame. I can't imagine how that could have happened. This is a brand-new product, yes? If so, I guess you'll have to return it for one that isn't damaged. Their tech support people can advise you what else to do if that's not an option http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/ .
