Create & Send over 20000 emails for week

Hi, i have a seriously problem on, how can i send over 20000 for week on a Macintosh.

My Web hosting only allow 5000 on each mailing list created, so i have to create 4 mailing list for each week ( 5000+5000+5000+5000 ), so it´s over 16 mailing list´s for sending 20000 ( 1 message for over 20000 subscribers ) per month.

.Anyone nows where or how to send this type|kind of amounted messages through email?

.And, without boring you, where can i create an beautiful newsletter, for me to send it ;)

Only Macintosh, OS Leopard 10.5.6.
