Creating/emphasizing motion with illustrator
hi. you know with photographs, motion can be depicted by motion blurs and so on. suppose if i were to create an illustration based on a photo, are there any good techniques for emphasizing motion, eg. moving crowd in the background. thanks.

You could try blurring the photo, live tracing that and putting it underneath your illustrator art you have already completed in illustrator.

Play with Effects
Also try playing around with different filters in your Effects menu eg. grabbing a few edges and hitting them with a blur.
